When will OnSite be available?

How is OnSite priced?

We understand that security teams need to be cost effective across the board. Our mission is to give users access to our full suite of features for less than the cost of a cup of coffee (or a White Monster if that's what you like). For enterprise users of 25+ members, we offer a special group rate that makes the app a no-brainer for integration with your teams.

Where is operational data stored?

OnSite has blind data storage, with internal controls, meaning our Team cannot access your specific data. By default, data is stored in U.S. regions on encrypted infrastructure with strict access controls. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest; sensitive fields use field-level encryption with localized encryption.

Does OnSite work without internet?

Yes. Site assessments, trip plans, and notes work fully offline on mobile. Captured data syncs automatically when connectivity returns, with conflict resolution so nothing is overwritten or lost. Alerts and chat require a connection to deliver in real time, but messages queue locally and send when reconnected.
